Since we sell digital products / online workshops, we do not provide physical shipments.

Refund Policy:
* Refunds are only applicable if the user faces a technical issue and cannot access the workshop.
* Refunds must be requested within 24–48 hours of purchase.
* No refunds will be provided after workshop access / login details are delivered.

Cancellation Policy:
* Once the payment is completed, cancellation is not allowed.
* In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
